To the enterpriseThe Innoplan office was founded in 1994 as an independent and neutral engineer's office by Thomas Scheuzger. The fields are: HLKS (heating, airing, climate, sanitation, solar) planning, energy consultation and construction consultation as well as the optimising operation and building management. In more than 15 years of his engineer's activity ,Thomas Scheuzger, various innovative problem solutions conceived and explained. During the last five years, he was realized against 100 projects in the area of Optimising operation. From the building analysis about variation studies up to comprehensive whole energy planning ,we can offer the right solution to every customers individually. A special strength is the integral planning. The coordination and professional construction management with bigger building projects are especially estimated by our customers. Our 6 employees are a well-functioning team of experts. The collaboration with other planning offices is no problem for us. We are no single fighters, but work with pleasure in planning teams. Very good heat insulation is worthwhileA better heat insulation is the most effective means to save heating energy. The state sedate with energy already prescribes a good heat insulation. It is worthwhile anyway the insulating strengths and components to optimise. Bigger insulating strengths (20 cm instead of only 12 cm) cause only minimally higher building cost. However, the energy conservation is so big that the add-on costs are amortised after few years. Good heat insulation helps not only in winter to hold the cold, but also in summer the right heat insulation provides for chiller living rooms. The money is better invested in heat insulation than in the heating. Especially efficiently this becomes by warm pumps. |

Aerial density is an essential high-class sign of a dwelling houseAn airtight house has many advantages for the inhabitant: The comfort is higher (comfort by high aerial quality and avoidance of train air), the heating energy consumption is smaller and construction damages are avoided. For a reasonable airing draught a thick house is a compelling condition. Construction damages originate if air from living rooms reaches by the heat insulation in chiller areas and condenses the dampness there (mould education). The aerial density degree is therefore an essential high-class sign of a residential building. |
